How to make this.

This was a bag that I made from wool that I have had for a while now. I’ve been meaning to use it to make something.

I saw a bag in a store which looked like this bag and I wanted to make it my own.

So I made it!

I started with making a chain of 36 and then I went from there. Basically I did single crochet into each of the 36 stiches and repeated until I got to my desired height. This gave me the main bag compartment.

Then to make the flap I continued with only 12 stiches.

Finally I used my other wool colour to make the strap. This was made by making a row of 4, and continuing that row of 4 until I had reached the desired strap length. I then crochet the strap onto the main bag.

Et Voila! We have a bag 🙂
